We asked for sheets to be changed , left a tip with my note and 4 days they were never changed. Reported it to front desk 2x. Called prior to stay they said hot tub was working ( it was out 4 days prior) hot tub was never working! Main enterence light switch never worked.

This is an odd place. The grounds look nice. The staff friendly and efficient. But everything is run down. Our bathroom door wouldn't close - broken hinge. Fixed quickly. Then the toilet blocked out of nowhere. The bathroom faucet leaked onto the counter. The room heater turned up into the 80's apparently on its own while we were out for the day. Service on rooms not daily, sort of hit or miss. A nice place, a nice location, nice people, but there are issues, and that was echoed by others at our conference who were staying here.

It started from a line out the door to check in. Then I reserved a king bed and they were trying to give me 2 full beds instead. Room looked like a run down motel. Will never stay there again
