This hotel was nice and clean with newly renovated rooms. Our room was comfortable. The staff accommodated our booking switch up (canceled for the wrong week and let us rebook the right week without any extra charges). The agent at the front desk was very patient when attending to rude guests. I saw her manage late night check-ins and impatient people being rude. She kept an even tone and helped them the best she could. Overall our stay here was easy and parking was not an issue. They also don't charge parking fees which is great.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and well-appropriated. The staff were friendly and professional. I stayed for 4 nights/5 days and I asked for housekeeping services on day 3, which was indicated as how often they would come. I was told not today, they would come tomorrow and I agreed. However, they never came the next day or at all and I had to ask for more towels and washcloths multiple times. Also, the cable television was not working and the WiFi signal was too weak to connect my devices to the TV. As I waited for a ride after check out, another party checked in. They were informed of the TV and they were not charged for an early check in at 11am. I was offered no such deal and no compensation for the same issue. I would stay here again, but there are some kinks and customer service related things that need to be worked out before I do. Thank you.

We stayed at two hotels during our visit, and this one was far better. There was more privacy, it's incredibly located right in the middle of International Drive, the staff were amazing and friendly, and the room was very comfortable.

Solid Stay. Clean room, nice wooden floors. Not a fan of the bathroom not having a traditional door that has a lock. For some odd reason the internet was abysmal during the first two days (then it got way better) and the room service needed to be requested to make the beds and give towels instead of it being a proactive service. Breakfast was not free, but it is all you can eat so its good value, I guess. Overall good for the relatively low price payed.

Stayed here for Megacon for three nights.Very clean hotel and newly renovated as advertised.There’s a few things that could be improved on.The television which had no channels and unable to connect it to the internet to watch Netflix or YouTube. It’s a nice TV, shame it couldn’t be put to use during our stay.The internet connection itself wasn’t that great.You guys should really put a password on it so people who aren’t staying can’t connect to it and make it slower. The door to the back side adjacent to the check in area needs to be fixed.It was unlocked during the day but at night the badge access wasn’t working so you had to walk all the way back to the entrance to the hotel and then all the way back to my room located in the backside of the hotel.I would go to the front and buy a Coke Zero every once in awhile and different employees charged different prices.One charged me $4.00 for a can and another charged me $3.00,so you may want to speak to the employees (which were very friendly by the way) to get a consistent price going.The shower door doesn’t stay closed when you’re using it so you have to wedge a wash cloth in between the door to keep it secured.Everything else was very clean and new. The AC was great and kept the room very cool and comfortable.Price was great. I really hope they add a gym someday.I would recommend and stay here again myself.The location it’s in is great with a Dairy Queen less then 50 ft away from the hotel and an Applebees across the street.
