This was a nice, clean stay close to Disney. We used ride shares to get to the park but took the shuttle back from Epcot. What set it apart for us was the helpful staff. After I forgot something in the room, staff grabbed it for me before my Lyft had returned back to the hotel 10 minutes later. Always had a smile on greeting. Great stay with my kids.

Checkin was fast and easy but when we wanted to relax in the pool after the parks and get food and a drink we were told they didn’t have anything that was on the menu so it kinda ruined the stay in and relax at the pool part of the night. Breakfast wasn’t bad and the rooms were clean. When leaving it seemed everyone was waiting for the elevators which took a pretty long time we waited about 10min for it to go up and down 4 times till we were next. Other than that it was okay
