Very poor WiFi. Norton antivirus blocked it repeatedly and flagged it as a threat. VPN would not connect. WiFi should not be advertised if not deliverable. Major negative for a work stay.

The mattress is soiled on sleeper sofa, mattress is flat, 1 elevator not working, fridge freezer frozen, room wasn’t too fresh, TV didn’tproperly, had to call front desk several times before I could get an answer. Bathroom door had paint all pulled off!

We arrived just after midnight with several children and called the hotel right away to request the shuttle. They told us it would arrive in 15–20 minutes, but we ended up waiting over an hour. We called multiple times, but staff couldn’t give any clear answer or help. Other hotel shuttles came and left several times while we stood there with tired kids. this was a very frustrating experience. Not recommended, especially for families or late-night arrivals.
