Had to ask twice to get sheets for the sofa bed I called at 17:00 and was told that they would be delivered by 18:30 had to go down to the front desk at 20:45 to ask again The breakfast was mediocre. Not impressed at all plus the computers were not working so I was not able to get boarding passes. Poor service

it was nice to have an airport transfer service. the gentleman who picked us up was kind and helpful. he loaded the luggages for us. hotel room was spacious. we booked a 2Qbed sofa bed kitchenette... clean rooms. only negative comment i have would be that aircon was loud.. and the fridge in our room was making a loud buzzing/humming noise.

Pros: Good amenities and lots of room. Cons: Lots up upkeep needed. Peeling paint, lots of rusty fixtures. Peeling wallpaper, hole in the walls. The pull out couch mattress was disgusting. I wouldn’t let anyone sleep on it. This is definitely an aging property and it shows.

Our room was very spacious, comfortable, and clean. The complimentary breakfast was great, with the hot options rotating and a good variety of cereal and toast. The heated pool and hot tub were both large and we enjoyed them usually multiple times a day. The hotel exterior was dated but that didn’t detract from our enjoyment of the hotel. We would stay here again and recommend it to others.

I checked in and there was no room for me so they sent me over to the Marriott Courtyard. I had to wait for the shuttle and I didn't check into the Courtyard until close to an hour later. I was very tired and happy to get to my hotel only to find I had to wait. Very disappointing!!
