We had a horrible experience only because we rented a condo in the resort and the condo above us leaked water all over our condo and we had to move condos. This was during my son‘s two day golf tournament, which caused a lot of stress for him and myself also while moving my belongings, I slipped and fell and scraped my arm and ended up having to leave a day early as I wanted to sleep in my own bed at this point in time. We also had a Service dog with us which made this even more difficult of a move. So after playing five hours of golf walking, we come back to our condo. Master bedroom and bathroom flooded with water. The resort was only agreeable to refunding two days of our four night stay. I would have appreciated a full refund for the inconvenience and stress this situation caused.

The villa was very spacious with a nice layout, but the living room furniture needs to be replaced in the unit we stayed in. The pool area/lazy river was very nice. The employees were sweet and helpful. We would stay here again.

Exceptionally clean rooms. Very useful amenities in the room. absolutely comfortable. However, the rogue fire alarm that went off a the last night of our stay ruined our already perfect stay.. would have been nice to receive at least an apology for that blimp. Would come back surely :)
