The property is ideally situated close to shopping malls and restaurants. Breakfast was practically the same everyday so it could get boring however, there is a Dunkin Donuts not to far away if you are up for a change. Staff were not as friendly and could do with some customer service refreshers. Rooms were cleaned every other day. Generally good stay.

There are several issues we encountered with this property that I found displeasing: 1) Throughout our stay, the AC was so loud that it hindered our ability to sleep. Upon reporting this, a technician visited but was unable to resolve the noise issue. Additionally, the hotel was unable to accommodate a room change due to being fully booked. 2) We discovered cockroaches in our room and brought this to the attention of the front desk. Their response seemed nonchalant, assuring us that our room would be cleaned. However, even after the cleaning, a dead cockroach remained in the room. When we raised this concern again, we were informed that the cleaning staff only change sheets and do not vacuum. My expectation is that when a hotel property bears the Marriott name, it should uphold the standards associated with the Marriott brand. Given these multiple issues, it is unreasonable for customers to endure such inconveniences. I am requesting a full refund from the property.

Nice stay, would use the hotel again

The beds were comfy. The bathroom was old looking. The waffles each morning were awesome. The shuttle to Disney World was limited, so we spent money with Lyft. There are no places to walk for food or entertainment.

During my stay at this hotel, I encountered numerous issues that made the experience extremely unpleasant. To begin with, there was mold present along the bottom of the bathroom mirror. Additionally, the toilet emitted a loud, high-pitched noise each time it was flushed. When I attempted to purchase a bottle of water, I discovered the self-checkout area was not operational. As a result, I approached the front desk, where the staff member displayed an unprofessional attitude, as if my request for water was an inconvenience. Later that evening around 8 PM, the fire alarm sounded, leading to an evacuation of all guests, including myself, a pregnant woman already in bed. My husband assisted me, and we had to quickly dress and leave the room, remaining outside for approximately 45 minutes. Upon inquiring about the cause of the alarm upon reentry, we were informed it was triggered by the hotel's staff who were using smoke devices during a party. The front desk offered a simple "sorry for the inconvenience" as a response. When checking out, I expressed my concerns to the two individuals at the front desk. They assured me that management would reach out, but it has been two weeks, and I have yet to receive any communication.
