Amazing !

Amaazing hotel! I will definitely return if in Palermo. The staff is super attentive, and friendly. They make your stay very special. The breakfast is incredible and they have an external pool, which is lovely. Definitely recommend! Thanks for making my first stay in Palermo very special.

The staff at this hotel were excellent! They proactively engaged with me before the trip to ensure everything was in order and to see if I needed any help. They answered all my questions prior to arrival and they arranged airport transportation after our stay. They were also attentive offering water to us whenever we returned (it was very hot in Palermo during our stay). The restaurant they recommended was excellent mom and pop place (not a tourist trap) about a 10 minute walk. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family of four. The pictures of the hotel are accurate. The decor was unique, one of a kind. It’s a unique hotel with history, character, and charm. If in Palermo again, this is where we will stay.

Friendly and helpful staff. We had a corner room with 2 small balconies. Great for watching life go by. Good size, Comfortable bed, shower. Handy to have fridge. Generous continental breakfast. Location was easy short walk from the historical centre and train station only 5 mins walk.

On the plus side, the staff were very kind and attentive and the breakfasts were enormous, with platters full of freshly chopped fruit, pastries, cooked meats and hard-boiled eggs. On the minus side the room we were allocated was much smaller than that shown on your website.

This property is wonderful with so much loving attention to detail and decor! The staff could not have been better and even gave us an extra room for no additional charge in order to give our foursome more space! The breakfast was unbelievable! Platter after platter of meats, cheeses, fruits, pastries, stuffed breads, cannoli, and fruit! We really loved our stay here, and do not hesitate recommending it. Again, the staff and owner were so nice!
