Ok place to stay but there are other choices

The hotel is fine and in a good location. We just didn’t like the lack of noise isolation between rooms and different floors or the fact that the ac unit wasn’t strong enough to cool the room

Great stay

Had a great stay at this hotel - we stayed in a oool side room. The room was modern and had everything that we needed to make our stay comfortable. The pool is lovely with loungers and cabanas around the outside, breakfast is lovely with buffet style service and lots of choice. The resort is close to the museum and palace and only a short walk from the riverside. Would highly recommend this resort.

We had a lovely stay at the Plantation Urban resort. The breakfast and the setting was fabulous. The pool area is really lovely too. We found stuff very polite and helpful and the hotel is really well located. Would definitely stay there again.

Very well managed property. Staff are all very courteous, friendly and helpful. The pool area is beautiful with lush vegetation. Nice breakfast - good food. Recommend upgrade beyond the basic room.
