Liked - cleanliness of hotel/room and service from Reception staff. Breakfast spread was good and the restaurant staff friendly. Pool area was big and had enough space for the guests to lounge around. Didn't like - the road outside and walk towards the palace and museum felt unsafe with too many vehicles. Hotel spa prices were too high so we did not use.

We absolutely loved this hotel. It was an oasis in the middle of the busy, and rather chaotic city. The staff was super friendly. We are a family of five (kids were 14, 12, 9) and booked two rooms. They had us on two different floors. They were very accommodating when we asked if there were two rooms closer together. Breakfast was phenomenal. They had cereals, a wide variety of fruit, western hot choices, asian hot choices, pastries, breads, salad bar, noodle soup station, charcuterie, egg station and more!! The pool was relaxing and clean. There was always a tuk tuk outside the hotel but we walked to most places. (Sisowath quay/royal palace was about 15 minutes away/market about 20 minutes) We took a tuk tuk home in the rain one night and it was 3$. We were sad to leave and highly recommend staying at this gorgeous property!
