The room was fine, not completely equipped for room use, like not enough linens or pillows for the pull out bed. I had requested a pack n play at booking, then again at the front desk and it still never arrived. I'm traveling solo so that made it really challenging. Service was sub par, front desk was not friendly.

This place used to be so clean and had an incredible staff. We have had many stays here over the years. It’s not terrible, just average. They now charge for parking, the cost even increased from less than a year ago. I am still confused on charging for parking. There is NO justification to charge for parking here.

Really disappointed in the customer service. I booked last minute while on a roadtrip before checking in that night. The room had no working light in the living room area and signs of water damage above the window. I'm very allergic to mold so I went to the front desk and requested a new room. They had no other room to offer me so I asked if I could be refunded then. I was told yes but that the manager had to finalize the refund. The manager would not return me calls and did not agree to a refund despite the booking agent asking multiple times. Really disappointed and would not recommend this hotel.
