Great location in front of Spanish Steps

Hotel was great and centrally located to the left of the Spanish Steps. It is near ALL luxury brand shopping and restaurants. Only downside was our air conditioning stopped working for our room on the last night of our stay in 95 degree weather which brings my rating down.

Beautiful property and a room with spectacular views. The location made it easy to walk to everything we wanted to see and there were plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. We picked based on prior reviews and were just as impressed. We'll stay here again when we return.

We were dropped off by a taxi in the adjacent square as car traffic is not allowed to the entrance of the hotel. I was shocked and concerned as the entrance to the hotel is only a very large door with a buzzer, which you have to press and is answered by hotel staff and not what I am accustomed to. I entered the area and found a small but very welcomed elevator which took us to the 3rd floor and was met by a very nice lady, and down the hall was a newly decorated very modern entry area and check in. After checking in, we went to our room 301 which looks directly out to the Spanish Steps, very nicely appointed, spacious and very clean and comfortable. All interactions with staff were very pleasant and helpful, and our stay for 3 nights was great. They helped us arrange a ride to the airport for the flight home, which was waiting at the arranged time, and got us to the airport on time. My wife and myself enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it, besides not being prepared for the initial entry to the hotel everything else was terrific and the location is very central to shopping, sightseeing and great food spots.

What a great location. As we only had one night in Rome, this location was perfect for us. It was right at the Spanish Steps, minutes to the Trevi fountain and in the heart of the fashion district and filled with restaurants and Cafés. The room was very clean and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay there again.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. The location is perfect and our room with the view of the Spanish Steps was so nice. The only con was the size of the shower. It was a tight space but we made it work. It wasn’t bad enough to negate all of the other pros. The location really is perfect. You’re close to shopping, food, and tourist attractions. I highly recommend this hotel for a Roman holiday.

Property was amazing - just steps from everything - shopping, dining, Spanish Steps. It was perfect location. The building is beautiful and the room had lots of space, high end amenities and gorgeous ceilings. Service was excellent - they were able to accommodate an early check in, and even booked us a private car to the airport, driver showed up early and was very nice. This is the only place I will stay in Rome upon return.

Room was very comfortable and clean. Our view was the Spanish Steps, which was wonderful day and night. If you need quiet though, this would not be a choice for you, but we enjoyed it.
