The room was very clean and staff is friendly and helpful. Property has ample parking (charged at $14/day) and a great breakfast. Nice facility and amenities. Our room refrigerator wasn't very cold so we used our cooler for the weekend. We were able to get our ice blocks frozen each night at the front desk. We like this location as it has easy walking for dogs around the property and is also walking distance to quite a few restaurants. This was the second time we've stayed here, although there was no parking fee before.

Noisy HVAC, including when off. Windows provided next to no sound insulation, despite being sealed. Breakfast is a limited selection of low quality ingredients, e.g. tinned fruit pieces, one jam/jelly option (grape), low quality orange juice, cheap sausages, and no other meat (no bacon, ham etc).
