Vietä pitkä loma tässä viehättävässä erittäin suuressa perhekokoisessa kauniilla Sanibel-saarella. Yksi kuningas ja 4 queen beds! Erinomaiset ortopediset kiropraktiikkapatjat ja tyynyt kaikkialla. Saavuttuaan Sanibel-saarelle lomaasi odottaa avaimeton pääsy huoneistoon. Tämä antaa vieraillemme mahdollisuuden mennä lentokentältä suoraan huoneistoon, sisäänkirjautumista ei tarvita. Meidän huoneisto on nimeltään Coquina Beach 2H ja on rakennuksessa 2 toisessa kerroksessa! Vieraillessasi täällä Coquina 2H, olet 100 askelta kauniille hiekkarannalle, kuorella täynnä rantaa ja vain askeleen virkistävälle uima-altaamme. Coquina Beach sijaitsee Middle Gulf Drive -kaupungin itäpäässä ja on vain lyhyen kävelymatkan tai pyörämatkan päässä moniin Sanibelin suosikki paikkoihin. Huoneisto kunnostettiin kaksi vuotta sitten, mukaan lukien kylpyhuoneet, kodinkoneet ja kauniit mukautetut laattalattiat koko huoneistossa. Sängyt ovat kaikki uusia. First time in Sanibel and this rental was perfect! Clean, beautifully remodeled, and steps from the beach. Well-stocked with beach gear (umbrellas, chairs, towels, toys) and very comfortable beds. Spacious layout ideal for families or groups. The pool is located right behind the condo. The owners were very responsive and thoughtful. Despite some island construction from Hurricane Ian, we had plenty of dining options—loved The Shack for dessert and Gramma Dot’s for sunset. We loved our stay and can’t wait to return!

Ken was the best host we have ever had! He was available to answer questions and give us tips and recommendations. The condo was immaculate with plenty of space and no need to take your beach supplies or bikes because they have it all! Everything was as described. When I ran into a swarm of no-see-ums, Ken contacted someone locally and was able to recommend a remedy. It’s a very short walk to the beach. The beds were super comfortable and we all slept well. Excellent water pressure and well-stocked kitchen. Highly recommend this rental and the owners. You will not regret it!

This condo was perfect for our family of 5. Ken was responsive and super helpful before and during our stay. We really appreciated all of the suggestions for things to do and places to go. The condo was clean and nicely renovated and had everything we could need for a great trip. The beach supplies are a bonus, and saved us a lot of that we could spend on supporting the local restaurants and businesses instead! I would book again in a heartbeat!

Look no further!

I rented this space from Ken for a 5 night stay in Sanibel for my sister’s wedding. We had a slight hiccup upon arrival in which we reached right out to Ken. He was not only extremely responsive, but went above and beyond to make sure it was taken care of and we were all set the remainder of the week. It’s a beautiful place, conveniently located and just steps away from the beach, and some of the most popular restaurants and rental spots on the island! They had everything and more that a young family with an infant and busy toddler could need, especially for the beach! I would highly recommend this spot and plan to rent from them again in the years to come!

Five Stars!!

Wow! I really don’t know where to start. If I could give Ken, the host, higher than five stars I would. Everything that was presented/promised on the VRBO site was delivered and then some! From the phone call I received, directly after the booking, to answer a couple questions I had that were regarding “post hurricanes” and advice on excursions- up through checkout. Everything was perfect- cleanliness, plenty linens, supplies, beach gear, tvs, kitchenwares… just everything. In addition, the list of recommendations I received via text for things to do/places to eat was above and beyond personal customer service. He genuinely made our trip planning feel “worry free” with all the pre-travel plans communication as if he were providing all his knowledge and preparation for the trip of a personal friend. Everything exchange communicated was instant. IMO, he really cares about providing guests with assurance of smooth, safe travel stay and pleasurable trip overall! Thank you so much, Ken!! Sorry I didn’t get around to the review sooner. Our stay was late April. It was an ideal spot on the island.

Family Beach Trip

My sister and I took our mom and our teens to Sanibel for sun and seashells. We booked this condo last minute and the host was incredibly responsive and friendly. When we arrived, the condo was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. The heated pool was warm and the beach was so close…a short, beautiful walk on either a boardwalk or a sandy path. The condo has a screened in patio overlooking the pool. The complex was landscaped beautifully with blooming flowers and palm trees. Our teens played pickleball at the court and rode the bikes. We also took advantage of the beach items available in the condo (beach chairs, balls, buckets, skim board, shell nets) They also had golf clubs and a charcoal grill available, which we didn’t use. The beds were extremely comfortable and everything in the condo looked new. This fit our group of 7 perfectly. We completely loved staying here and would highly recommend! Location was incredible and the beach was full of beautiful shells during our stay. Dolphins swam within a few feet of us. We loved our week here!

This was absolutely beautiful

This condo was absolutely fantastic! Tiffany and Ken are amazing hosts. They were incredibly responsive, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. The televisions came in handy for March Madness. The location was perfect, with parking, easy walk to the beach, and our favorite restaurants just minutes away. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Absolutely perfect family getaway

We just finished our stay and we have totally fallen in love this place and with Sanibel. We had the pool out one side and the beach just a tiny walk out the other - for a family with kids it couldn’t be better set up. It also has loads of space inside and some fun features that our kids really loved (screened in balcony, loft with a spiral staircase). Not sure what else to say - we loved it and can’t wait to come back.

Lovely stay!

We found this Coquina Beach property at the last minute, and it fit our family perfectly. We had 7 people, so the kids slept in the loft which they loved. The location was great, we had bikes/paddleboards/boogie boards delivered, all of which we used a lot! There were 4 beach towels for us to use, beach chairs, and it was a very short walk to the beach itself. We ate almost every meal in the house, plenty of pots/pans/dishes for us to use. The owners were super responsive, even late at night when we had parking questions , and when the power went out to 1/5 of the island. There are some minor upgrades (light bulbs were out, or stronger bulbs needed; mattress in master bedroom leans) but the owner was responsive to fixing/investigating these issues. All in all, a great vacation!

Great Sanibel location

Fantastic location. Great condo. Owners were prompt with communication. Heated pool a nice bonus. Rooms were great. Full kitchen. Would visit again. Highly recommend!

Wonderful condo and location

From the heated pool to the beach just a few steps away, this well furnished two story condo, had everything we needed - from linens, to beach gear and a well-equipped kitchen. Quiet and beautiful location, with wonderful breezes, and you can smell the sea air! Thanks Ken and Tiffany!
