Schöne ruhige Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist in einer sehr ruhigen Lage. Zur Bushaltestelle sind es 5min zu Fuß, von dort fahren alle wichtigen Linien ab (Berchtesgaden, Salzburg). Supermarkt ist 10Gehminuten entfernt. Schlüsselübergabe - Dank Schlüsselbox- sehr unkompliziert

Die Ferienwohnung war toll. Es war sehr sauber und an Kleinigkeiten, wie Handseife und Backpapier, die man gerne mal vergisst mitzunehmen oder zu kaufen, wurde gedacht. Lediglich das Doppelbett war etwas durchgelegen.

Belüftung

Durch den in der offenen, obenliegenden Galerie sich befindende Schlaf-/Nassbereich, erhitzte sich dieser bei den heißen Tagestemperaturen sehr stark. Die 2 Dachfenster konnten nur mit Hilfsmitteln geöffnet werden, fielen aber immer wieder zu, da es keinen Feststellmechanismus gab. Somit war eine Entlüftung nicht möglich. In der ersten Nacht hatten wir, durch welche Öffnungen auch immer, 4 (in Worten: VIER) Fledermäuse in der Wohnung!!! Die Angaben in de Begrüßungsmappe sollten überarbeitet werden, sie sind veraltet, z.B. gibt es einen Bäcker in Unterstein, einen Altglasbehälter beim Feuerwehrhaus in Schönau, ein Freibad und mehrere Gaststätten und Biergärten in der näheren Umgebung. Im Gesamten ist die Wohnung zu empfehlen, erscheint uns allerdings etwas überteuert.

Aufenthalt in FeWo „Bergblick“ / August 2024

Wir waren mit der Wohnung insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Es war alles vorhanden, was wir brauchten und vom Balkon hat man einen sehr schönen Blick auf den Jenner und die benachbarten Berge. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung durch den überdachten Balkon etwas dunkel. Leider kann man das Dachfenster im Schlafzimmer auch mit der vorhandenen Stange nicht wirklich offen halten zum Lüften - man muss etwas reinklemmen, wie z.B. einen Stock o.ähnl.. Wünschenswert wäre auch eine Beschattungsmöglichkeit des Dachfensters im Bad bei den aktuell herrschenden Sommertemperaturen. Ansonsten waren wir insgesamt sehr zufrieden.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit tollem Blick

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Ausstattung der FeWo ist super, man kann gut kochen, aber auch in der Nähe perfekt essen gehen. Gerne wieder.

Schöner Winterurlaub

Alles in allem ein wunderschöner Winterurlaub. Abgesehen von der unfassbar guten Lage (20 min zu Fuß zum See), ist die Wohnung auch top. Grade für den Winter ist es klasse, eine eigene Garage zu haben. Der Ausblick ist genau wie versprochen und auch die Kommunikation mit der Agentur verlief super und modern (via WhatsApp). Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Super Wohnung in Top Lage nahe dem Königsee

Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön und vorallem sauber. Man hat alles was man benötigt, es ist sehr ruhig und die Aussicht auf die Jennerbahn ist echt mega. Von der Wohnung fährt man nur 3 Minuten bis zum Königsee oder 1.5km (max. 15 Minuten) zu Fuß. Gerne wieder.

Die Unterkunft war sehr gut ausgestattet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Der Blick vom Balkon war heeforragend. Das an der Unterkunft eine Garage ist fanden wir prima. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Top 👍 Einfach zufrieden mit allem

Von Buchung bis Abreise hat alles gestimmt. Wir haben uns sehr aufgehoben gefühlt. Die Agentur hat sogar gefragt ob wir gut angekommen sind. Wo gibt es sowas? :-) Das was über die Ferienwohnung geschrieben wurde, ist auch so gewesen sowie die angezeigten Bilder. Wir können nichts negatives schreiben. Wirklich zu empfehlen.
