There was a young employee camped out on a chair in the hallway next to my room and i was told he was security for a school group. Then that first night the fire alarm went off twice! Also they dont recycle and insist on wasteful housekeeping services every 3rd day vs just letting me ask to replace any needed towels and bathmats. They did this a second time on the day i was due to check out and had already asked for a short extension on check out. Yet they still banged on my door earlier. Their communication needs to improve.

It was a nice stay and close to things to do but the room had a leaky shower and the sink in bathroom was slow draining believe it was clogged but never reported it and should have but it got worse the day we left.

St Augustine family wedding weekend

Hotel recently remodeled. In historic district and can walk to sites and restaurants easily. Staff all super polite and nice. Wedding was beautiful and also nearby. Great vibes even in the winter

I did not like that two (false) fire alarms went off, one being at 4:15 a.m. The other around 8:30 a.m. AND, I did not like that I had to pay $20 for parking. I have never had to pay for parking at a Hampton Inn. While if you look closely on their website (it is not displayed prominently), you will find that information, it should be stated on their website, and the front desk should verbalize this to the customer to avoid a surprise at checkout.

The staff at the hotel were absolutely wonderful. Breakfast was delicious. It is in a very good location if you’re wanting to visit historic Saint Augustine. We will definitely stay here again.

My wife and I were very pleased with the whole property. It was extremely clean and well kept. The room was quiet and very comfortable. We slept so well. The breakfast was enjoyable and well prepared, the food was hot and delicious. We would stay there again next time.
