The staff was amazing, very helpful, polite and professional. The rooms were clean, stocked with towels and, toiletries, bed where soft, pillows just right. In the morning the breakfast was rather good, my mom was worried she wouldn't like it but she really liked it (I was worried she wouldn't eat) We would definitely stay here again if we passed on our next road trip.

Great hotel with opportunities to improve.

Overall great hotel! Room was clean and looked nice. Customer service was amazing! About one mile from historic downtown and walking is not an issue for us. Nothing special about breakfast. Bed was comfortable but bring your own pillows (if you can) because they were flat and lacked fill. Wish they had the sitting area set up better. There was hardly any light and hard to see the TV.

Room was spacious with a surface for 2 suitcases to be off the floor for easy access. All other hotels we stayed at only provided 1 luggage stand. Several mirrors in room with electric outlet & light, making getting ready easier while other person was showering. Bed was extremely comfortable. Linens & pillows were very nice. Great breakfast with lots of options.

There was a $20 parking fee for an open air space. While I realize a parking fee and valet might be necessary for some locales this was not one. Shame on Hampton Inn for charging this fee.

We loved everything about this property. It’s within walking distance of everything you’d go to st Augustine to see! Our only complaint is there is no restaurant on site. They do have free breakfast which is great and items that can be purchased and made in your room for a great price. The pool wasn’t in a great area. Faced the parking lot. If you plan on spending a lot of time at the pool not the hotel for you. Very clean and service was great!
