Excellent hotel , and the food was great... Dinner , breakfast, clean rooms .....Service exceptional...Spent 7 days and it was wonderful. Easy to get around the City with Uber , Hopp, Train and bus system....and also the Hotel Shuttle... Really great. Wished we could have stayed longer.. The Bell man was really helpful, friendly and Informative...cant remember his name but he wears glasses and has dark skin/ Black.... I definately recommend and would go back in the blink of an eye...

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport. It is clean and quiet. All the hotel staff is friendly and engaging. The shuttle drivers were excellent, on time and helpful. Being close to the UP Express train, which gets you to downtown in an affordable and short time, the shuttle drivers make sure to give you proper directions to catch the train and where to meet the shuttle for a return to the hotel. My only negative of the property was the buffet breakfast. It was woefully understaffed, and the server just didn’t have time to be attentive in a timely manner. The property should look at extra staffing during times of high traffic.

Like: Quiet room, restaurant inside the hotel, great location, helpful desk staff. Didn’t like: I was unfamiliar with the restaurant… you go get your breakfast at the buffet but a server comes to your table with a pot of coffee. He took quite a while to come even then I had to wave him over), then seemed confused by my request for coffee, then knocked over cutlery on my table (accidentally) and did not apologize.
