Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend This was honestly one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had. For the price, I could’ve stayed somewhere much nicer. The hotel is quite outdated, and the cleanliness was below standard. The floors felt dirty underfoot, there was visible dust, and I found mould in the shower of my bathroom. There’s no room service, which I was okay with since I ended up eating at their on-site restaurant—which was actually quite nice. However, the shuttle service was frustrating. It only runs every 30 minutes, and when I needed to get to the airport in the morning, the shuttle that arrived was full. I was told I’d have to wait another 30 minutes, so I ended up paying for a $20 taxi instead. The noise levels were also terrible. At 3 a.m., there were loud, drunk guests outside my door, and I couldn’t sleep. I had to call the front desk to intervene. To their credit, the staff were friendly and did respond, but the overall experience was still very unpleasant. I don’t understand how this hotel is getting perfect 10/10 reviews—my experience was far from excellent. I would not recommend staying here.

Stayed here recently. The room was clean, bed and sheets were fresh, and the front desk staff were friendly and professional. Breakfast was great (just note that hot chocolate isn’t included). However, the AC unit in the room was loud, parking is very expensive (look for alternatives nearby), and the internet was slow and sometimes not working. Also, avoid staying on the 6th floor if possible — connectivity and comfort seemed worse there. Decent stay overall, but with a few things to watch out for.

It was difficult to check in because you had to park your vehicle and try to get all the luggage through the elevated ramp and then you had to swing back around and park into the parking lot which they charge a fee for. We had two guests and they gave us two towels and two hand towels. It’s kind of unusual, especially for girls because they like to have one towel for their hair and one towel for their body so I had none I asked for some, but I didn’t get them for a few hours all in all if you want to save time don’t go there if you need to get to the airport early find another Hotel.

Recommended

Great location and nice hotel to stay near airport. Shuttle service was easy and convenient. Room was soundproof so sleep was not disturbed by the early morning flights. Will stay again.

The front desk lady had an unsettling attitude. There were bits of trash in front of our hotel room door, like pieces of paper. The bathroom was not very clean. There was hair in several areas, including the shower. Bathtub looks dirty and worn. The toilet seat needs to be replace because it has chipped area all around and in the seat. We couldn’t use the keurig for coffee because the machine was very dusty. One of the nightlights over the headrest did not work. Was not provided any toothpaste.
