The property was very clean, including the room. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful. If I have any complaints, it is that there is no balcony off the living area (only the bedroom), and you could not see to the right of our balcony due to a wall of the hotel blocking the view.

I paid $500 in fees the concierge made me scanned my card and my phone saying that it wasn’t going through unfortunately it went through twice that was spending money I wasn’t able to do anything I wasn’t able to do any excursion, or buy food the manager was very unprofessional and unapproachable very mean. I was really disappointed because this was my first time doing a long trip with my child and we did not enjoy it.
