Computer system was down. Check in required guests to fill out multiple paper forms. No Key cards could be programmed, so a front desk visit was required to get an escort to open room for you, or open the fitness center, etc. Not sure how long the problem lasted, but it was the entire length of my stay.

The front desk staff were friendly and inviting. The lady working the Tiki hut near the pool was amazing. This is a very good property if you have kids and want access to pools and the beach. The room fixtures, bathroom and general hallways need updating.

Aside from our room not being ready until 4:30, everything else was great. My family really enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean and the staff handled all of our request in a timely manner. They even gave us board games for entertainment.
