All was good but the neighborhood around the property felt incredibly unsafe! When I asked the concierge about parking break ins he mentioned they have a gaurd taking a walk around a ciuple of times and they haven't had any break ins in 3 months which was actually not that reassuring. But thankfully our stay went well, but we were very worried about our car.

The room was a nice size and beautifully decorated. bathroom was large, soaps were very nice. Staff was so friendly! Breakfast was good and reasonably priced.

Excellent stay, hidden Gem!

Great views over Arkansas River, nature and rowing club to watch. Even in the slightly rainy weather the riverwalk was a great addition to our stay, location can’t be beat. We were there over a weekend and it was just the right amount of busyness, small conference & people to meet at their free happy hour.
