Positives: Air Condition that works - very few ACs can keep up with heatwaves (90+) but this hotel AC worked Location - close enough to all the attractions but not too close to be too loud. Negatives: Not as clean and the beds are so-so and some odd smells Bathroom setup for non-solo travelers - family are just odd in that they are open

Comfortable hotel with good complimentary coffee and tea option in the morning. Family room a little light but functional and clean. Location excellent and in a trendy area with walkable access to most tourist spots. Staff friendly and helpful. Beware tourist tax!

The front desk took about 10 minutes before anyone showed up. There was also a wet spot on the floor near my bed. There are also panels that basically cover all of the window, so there’s so view. It felt like a basement even though I was on floor 2. I needed it for only one night. I’ve had worse hotels and experiences. I would go again only for the price, but not longer than one night

The location was absolutely incredible. In the heart of Jordaan and surrounded by loads of brilliant restaurants, cafes and bars. The staff could not have been friendlier and more helpful. All of them were amazing. The room was really comfortable and with great air con. This was my first trip to Amsterdam and this hotel was the perfect place to stay, especially as a solo traveller

Conveniently located on a busy street, good base to explore Amsterdam. It was recommended by a friend who lives nearby. Amenities are passable, not great. Comfy bed, attentive staff, safe, although the police showed up after drunken guests destroyed a room. The room layout was bizarre, a tiny sink in the bedroom not the bathroom. Has an elevator. My frank opinion is that it’s overpriced for the amenities. No food service, no freezer available to store medications for example, grocery store nearby, lots of restaurants within walking distance. Neighborhood is ok, not beautiful, overall just meh. We would not stay there again. But the staff were very kind and helpful. Parking is 10 minutes walking distance away at a cost of $50 per day.
