Nice hotel, good location with a lot of things walking distance, staff where nice and friendly, until they trained to downgrade us and put three people in a room with a double bed and an additional single bed as they had given away our room to other guests, then they tried charging us for breakfast and only when I requested to see the manger did they then see their wrong and try solve the problem, checking in and checking out was a nightmare and it was all played off to seem like it was my fault when in fact it was the hotels mistake and not once did anyone say sorry

Die Lage ist perfekt: Mittendrin aber trotzdem ruhig. Nur ein paar Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. Man ist zu Fuss sofort mitten im Geschehen.
