This hotel hid the fact that it was under major construction. Guests were never informed about limited or unavailable facilities, and communication was evasive at best. The noise was unbearable—making breakfast, business calls, or even rest impossible. When confronted, staff were dishonest and unhelpful. I travel often and have never experienced such deceptive treatment. Avoid this hotel. A Disaster… the staff is ridiculously inept at respecting guests.

The walls between each room are paper thin and you can hear the other occupants. The room I was in should neverhave been made available to guest's. There was construction going on outside from 7am which shook the room. Also builder could see straight into the room with the blinds up.

Excellent hotel and staff. Currently going through a revamp so was quite loud in the morning with building work also cleaning of rooms felt rushed. Overall welcome staff and location makes it worth a booking.

The hotel was close the everything. The staff was great. The breakfast was amazing. Our room was beyond expectations. We have 2 little kids with us and had plenty of room. The only issue I had was it was not explained to us at check in that we had club level lounge access, we found out our last night. Other than that this was a great stay!

This is very close to everything. The train station is right around the corner. It’s easy to get to the museum area, Anne Frank house, Zoo, etc. it right in the heart of the city and very nice. The staff was incredible all the way around from the luggage storage and front desk to the wait staff.

We spent five days at the hotel, and it was a delightful experience overall. I really appreciated the design and layout of the space. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The only downside was some morning noise due to ongoing renovations. Other than that, I have no complaints.

Great location! Very good Club with great breakfast and evening snacks. Room could be a little cozier and less sterile but very happy overall. Front desk staff wonderful. My room was so quiet I had to set an alarm.

All of the amenities listed, you have to go and ask the reception for it. Water - you have to go to the front desk and grab it yourself. They don’t place it in your room. Had to call and ask to get bathrobes for my room 3 times. The WiFi didn’t work for me. The room they booked me in at first is smaller then the one on the pictures and the windows are facing indoors - into the bar area. The rooms are nicely renovated though.
