How does the check-in take place?
・Once your reservation has been confirmed, we will contact you to give you all the information you need.
・We welcome you, we give you the keys, we introduce you to the apartment and we answer all your questions.
・Please note that there is a 30 EUR charge for late check-in starting from 20:00 and you will have to pay this amount upon your arrival.
・We stay in touch by phone, email, WhatsApp.
