I didnt feel the value of money by staying here

Location was good, Food was awesome, Room was in a terrible state , sinking might be becoz of rainy season. Pool they were closing by 6 PM (this might be the policy) we were expecting to sit by room during evening/night times.

Great location with only a short walk to the beach (100m) and a 5 minute walk to Tito's Lane. I felt however the rates charged were far too high for what the hotel offered.

The room are spartan for the price charged. There are other properties that can offer more luxurious facilities. We got a room that was in one corner beside the pool. Though we asked for a change it was not addressed. There are other rooms with garden views which are better. Be careful to choose and insist the right room. We made a special request... We booked for 4 nights... However due to some unavoidable reasons, we could not join in on day 1. We joined on day 2 and asked for not charging for day 1 and the request was flatly denied. I thought some consideration could be given to this. Pool is neat and clean but water has a funny taste..

Nice hotel on the beach

Good staff, great food, nice pool, access to beach from the resort. Room up-keep could be a little better, but when in Goa, you do not spend too much time in the room, so its ok. Room rates are on the higher side.

Hotel or a prison?

If you are senior 60+ traveller who enjoys spending time alone this hotel is your choice. Security guards everywhere making sure you wont bring even relatives to hotel premises. I have never been in a hotel that doesnt allow any visitors even to use washroom before going out to dinner. Felt more like a prison than a hotel. I recommend to avoid this "hotel" because of the "no visitors" rule.

Good location, nice facilities but bad management

Best thing about this hotel is that it at walking distance from baga beach. Some of rooms are at very good location and are in good condition but some rooms are full of seepage. Either pray to God :) or negotiate in advance to get a good room otherwise management hardly care about changing you room. They didn't changed for us even after some room got vacated at the same night (we checked-in). If you are night party freak then it room location may spoil your holiday because their are some cocks (yes, you got it right) in nearby locality (if you didn't get a room at good location), who will make you wake up at 5 AM (literally). But don't worry they will not charge for this unwanted free morning alarm ;), otherwise they will charge for everything, yes even for wifi in room (came-on folks, which hotel with10000/night room price charges for it).

Great Hotel...near to beach as well as Night Clubs

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. My assessment of the Hotel is as follows: Pros Near to beautiful Baga beach (2 mins walk) Near to Nightlife places Good restaurants around Good and clean pool Cons Average breakfast We didn't eat much at Hotel as there are plenty of options around. Overall nice Hotel which gives you best of both worlds.

Anniversary Trip

Great location right on the beach. Friendly staff and well appointed rooms. A memorable stay as it was our 25th wedding anniversary, thankful to almighty that we selected this property. Breakfast should have been more elaborate with better preparations. Overall a great experience.

Fantastic property

Comfortable stay at this very well located hotel bang on baga beach. Hotel layout is very nice with 2 storied cottages spread out in a spacious manner. Staff is courteous and helpful. Food has scope to improve but is not a deal breaker

Rooms we had were shabby, bathrooms need refurbing. There is a damp problem. Hotels.com should visit to check it out rather than give false info to clients.

Grubby, Damp and then just average - overpriced

Arrived to find ourselves allocated a room which was grubby with rising damp and damaged furniture (block 15). Then got moved to a room which appeared to have an underground spring (block 16) - spent a night in the damp and musty room to finally be moved to block 12 which was nothing more than average. Hotel is overpriced and needs some serious attention - would also suggest that the Reception staff are honest and do not try to treat guests like idiots!. Was advised by the hotel manager that the description you provided on your website is not accurate and there are no sea view rooms - suggest that someone gets their act together! Avoid the New Year Gala dinner - its a rip off - go to the beach instead! Location is excellent, cleaning staff helpful and doing the best job they can. Not sure whether the numerous rude Russian guests got better treatment but then who cares?! Baga is excellent but save your money and go elsewhere to stay!

Nice hotel with beach access

Hotel is very close to the beach, close to other eating places but still in a nice quiet lane. However there was some repair work going on close to our room which was a bit disturbing. Overal experience was good
