Customer service was excellent! Always happy to greet you and a great friendly vibe. Place is right next to terminal 21 and so easy to get onto the skywalk. Its location is a key reason I got back there when in BKK. I stayed here 8 years ago and the place is still in good condition. Everything is clean and well looked after.

Conveniently located next to BTS and MRT stations. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Smoking area downstairs. Staff will hold your luggage for the day before or after check in/out.
