Clean and conveniently located hotel. The rooms are a bit small and there were no face towels provided, luckily I packed my own. Overall, it was perfect for my two night stay.

The staff were all excellent. Mari the bartender was absolutely wonderful and provided excellent service. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the closeness to the mall and within walking distance to Olimpic stadium and museums. Only thing is the elevator stopped working and many guests had to utilize stairs when arriving with luggage. Staff was accommodating and allowed them to use the service elevators.

Overall we loved this hotel, the location was great. The only disappointment was the inconsistency of the roof top bar. Signs stated it was open from 12:30 however this seemed to change from day to day with no warning.

The reception team is very kind and helpful. Would recommend to anyone who's looking for something closer to Central and 2min walk to the metro station. Great location and thank you for the birthday cake. It a great touch that make a difference.

I was there for vacation/ tourism. I needed a place for breakfast and rest after my sight seeing and shopping. They have a nice lobby and eating area. I had a good accommodation that was kept clean and tidy. Their breakfast buffet was good. Their pool area look nice but their pool was like a big bathtub. Their bar/lounge looked nice. I didn't use their gym (can't comment). Their staff were nice. Public transportations (train, bus) are minutes away.

The room was modern and clean, and the bedding and pillows were especially nice. The neighborhood is very nice, with a great many coffee shops with wonderful pastries, shops, and restaurants ranging from traditional Spanish to pizza to dumplings to Peruvian cuisine.

The Hotel was clean, but small, quiet area, lots to do nearby. The only place to hang out and have a drink is the rooftop bar so in bad weather you'll end up in the hotel next door which was amazing. Breakfast not really worth the money for the options. Taxi stand steps away. So overall a great stay.

The room was clean and quiet, a bit small but we expected that in a big city. The bed was comfortable, air conditioning was excellent. Breakfast was excellent with a large selection for our two night stay. Our only complaint was the bathroom had partially frosted glass walls that cause the light to shine through at night when the bathroom lights were on.
