Hotel was nice and clean. However, the air conditioner would not cool. Great location close to the museums and attractions great Vietnamese restaurant right on the corner highly recommend it. Excellent breakfast and the staff was very welcoming.

It’s a nice hotel, but I’m giving it a poor rating because they ignored a maintenance request & they openly admitted their mistake when I checked out. Made no accommodation for their own mistake; should’ve offered to discount 1night from bill. Cannot recommend staying there.

Good modern hotel.

Great centrally located hotel in a lively area of the city. Quiet, good sized rooms. Clean and modern hotel, breakfast overpriced so visited the bakery on the corner instead. Enjoyed happy hour, shame it doesn't extend to a Sunday evening. Our second visit, would return.

Great comfy and friendly hotel in a great location

This hotel was very friendly, the staff were very happy to help and were a great assistance to us after we had to make sudden travel changes. The room was exactly what we had hoped for. The bed was one of the most comfortable we have had and I had to check my partners suitcase before leaving for pillows as she enjoyed them that much. We didn't eat there. Location was perfect, train station was next to hotel, 5 minute walk and you on museum island. We will be staying again
