We had a very good stay. We enjoyed the room, the cleanliness and above all the great buffet for breakfast. The only remark I can make is that there is a little walk (7 minutes) to catch up public transportation. Neighborhood is quiet, the hotel isn't located in a touristic area of Berlin.

room was very different to how it was described. the bathroom was undersupplied, with no hand soap and the supposed "luxury" bath products being pretty bang average in quality, and also empty. we were also told there would be bathrobes, but there were none. we though "at least we can still get 24 hour room service" as we were told in the description of the room - and by the guy at the front desk - but when we phoned, they said they were too busy at the bar and room service was off. when we went downstairs to get some food and a drink, there was only about 2 tables with people in the whole bar and they clearly weren't busy at all, just lazy. overall very disappointed and want my money back. I booked this place for valentines day because it was advertised as fancy and romantic but it was shabby and underwhelming. if I'd known what we were gonna get, I would've just booked a hostel and probably had a better experience for about half the money.
