Fantastic hotel with lovely staff and friendly service. Amazing location for seeing the city of Bilbao. Only thing missing was a coffee machine in the room. Very comfortable and would definitely stay again.

Guest services was very friendly and helpful. Room exceeded our expectations with really comfortable bed, thoughtfully laid out, excellent rain shower and nice bathroom. Convenient location and a solid room

Excellent location close to the Euskalduna Conference Center and restaurants/bars. Good, quiet spacious room, but the trash can in the bathroom was not in good working order. The breakfast had very good hot and cold items but there were no vegetables.

The location of the hotel was extremely poor, being right next to a disco that didn’t close until 4 AM. Many young people gathered below to drink, smoke, and chat, severely disrupting our sleep. We were unable to fall asleep as our room was on the side closest to the street. It was a terrible experience, and even the police couldn’t help!
