Very dirty in the room, got blood stain on the carpet. Expired water provided, requested to have another bottle, waited over half an hour had to call again. Toothpaste was expired and dry. Terrible experience.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The Pullman was bright, clean, family friendly, and SO conveniently located! The breakfast buffet was fantastic. Quick Check in and check out. We were able to check everything off our to do list. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent. Located next to the Midi/ Zuid rail station and the Metro. Excellent hotel, clean, quiet and comfortable room with plenty of space. Good quality breakfast buffet.

Good location for transport and room was nice. Staff lost one of our bags when we put in our luggage for safe keeping on the first day ahead of check in while we went out to look around Brussels. Unfortunately the staff had given our bag to another customer as when we returned with the tickets it was no longer there. The staff upgraded us to have free breakfast as a way of making amends but it was disappointing that the bag hadn’t been kept securely for us.

The room was excellent - clean room and comfy bed. However, the toilet wasn’t the cleanest in the restaurant area - I am not sure how often it is cleaned but it wasn’t clean when used.

Had an enjoyable stag, good location approx 15 minute walk from the centre. Front of house very friendly and knowledgeable. Would definately stay again. You can also gain entrance to the hotel from inside the station next to Hagan Daz ice cream shop

Great modern hotel in a good location

Perfect modern hotel for our stay. We arrived by Eurostar and the hotel was in the station. Staff were well presented and helpful. The hotel room was spacious and the shower was amazing. Very happy with the stay and would recommend staying here

The room was spacious and modern. The breakfast was excellent. On the downside, the bathtub was a little awkward to get in and out and quite slippery for children an elderly person. There was some road noise (honking) that could be heard during the night.

Overall, our stay was good. Great location to Bruxelles-Midi train station. The reception staff was helpful at check in and our room was clean. This was our first stay at a Pullman and it was nice. My only complaints were the amenities; The towels had a very odd smell…especially when wet - I tried both and same. Left me feeling less than clean. The sofa had an iron burn stain on it. Seems it could be removed and replaced.

A lovely hotel with friendly and accomodating staff. The safe wasnt working in my room and they sent someone up straight away. Unfortunately, it was broken and they moved me to another (better) room. I needed an adaptor which Abdel very kindly helped me with. Breakfast was average and not many vegetarian options - the hash browns and mushrooms were not well cooked. A really pleasant stay and I would definitely come back.

Very skillful operation of a very carefully organized hospitality concept originated by a couple of French employees of IBM, who had to travel a lot on business and decided to take on the hospitality establishment 40 years ago!
