lovely place...great location for price

this was a lovely hotel in cologne. only 2 stops away from central cologne. very accessable and awesome for the price paid. breakfast was awesome. all that could be requested at the price. sauna clean and pool lovely albeit a bit cool. clean bathroom and room. tv and seating area add. overall would recommened to all.

Negativ: - Das Hotel ist nicht für Familien, wir waren glaube ich die einzige 4 Köpfige Familie. - Sehr unfreundliches Personal im Restaurant… - Bei der Ankunft wurde uns nicht gezeigt, mussten alles selber erkundigen… Positiv: - der Pool war am Abend Leer. - gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten

Mehr ein Motel als ein Hotel

Pros: Der freundliche Check-in
Cons: Das WLAN geht gar nicht
Location: Man ist schnell auf der Autobahn...
Das Leonardo ist ein relativ durchschnittliches Hotel in einem 70er-Jahre-Bau direkt an der Autobahn. Trotz Renovierung sieht man das Alter des Gebäudes und auch die Lage ist nichts für Ruhesuchende. Wer aber eine preiswerte Übernachtungsmöglichkeit für einen Zwischenstopp sucht, kann hier mit gutem Gewissen buchen. Das WLAN ist allerdings ungenügend, reicht weder für Social Media noch für dicke Emails oder Browsergames.

Ganz okay

Das leonardo ist ein eifach ausgestattetes hotel eher am stadtrand liegend , jedoch mit guten verbindungen ins zentrum. Das prrsonal ist freundlich, aber nicht übermässig toll. Das frühstücksbuffet ist klein, aber top! Es hat für jeden was und schmeckt sehr gut! Der grösste Mangel meiner meinung nach...ich hatte die schlechteste internetverbindung überhaupt, obwohl gross werbung gemacht wird! Teilweise zu gewissen zeiten sogar gar keine verbindung!! Alles in allem, angenehmes hotel, praktisch für kurze aufenthalte!

Location: Stadtnah - deshalb gut
Meine Verwandten habe ich dort untergebracht.Sie waren sehr zufrieden.

Gutes Hotel

Die Zimmer waren groß genug, Sauber war es auch. Großer Flachbild tv. Hatten kein Frühstück mitgebucht, deswegen kann ich dazu nichts sagen. Das Hotel hat einen eigenen Parkplatz mit genug Parkplätzen. Haben 10 Euro für eine Tageskarte bezahlt. Preis Leistung war super. Würde das Hotel für einen kurztrip weiterempfehlen.

Gehen Sie woanders hin!

Ich kann hier 3 Zimmer beurteilen, nämlich ich wurde von Zimmer zu Zimmer versetzt. Das Hotel schaut müde aus. Ich weiss nicht wie alt der Teppich im Zimmer ist. Aus den Flecken die drauf sind, hat er schon was erlebt. Minitisch als Pseudoschreibtisch, billige WC-Einrichtung. Minibar? Ja! Aber leer, Pech gehabt.Und das allerschlimmste: Es hat extrem nach Rauch gerochen obwohl ich ein Nichtraucherzimmer bestellt hatte. Die Empfangsdame: Es war mal ein Raucherzimmer, jetzt nicht mehr. Stinkt aber trotzdem so sehr, dass mir schwindlich ist Ich kein Ihnen ein Raumdeo geben Dann wird mir aber noch schwindlicher Wir können für Sie lüften Sie meinen das Fenster Ende Oktober offen lassen? Habe ich schon gemacht, der Rauchgestank ist aber immer noch da Ich kann Ihnen keine Lösung anbieten Ich habe ein Nichtraucherzimmer gebucht tut mir sehr Leid, wir sind ausgebucht. Finden Sie mir eine Lösung Usw usw usw bis mir ein Zimmer im 6. Stock gefunden wurde, da muss man ohne Lift rauf und es liegt hinter der Elektrik (Kabel schauen aus der Wand raus) und hinter 4 Notausgangstüren und 2 zusätzlichen Stiegen. Ah, ich hätte beinahe vergessen: der Aufzugraum ist dort, und jedes Mal wenn jemand den Aufzug ruft, erlebt man es aus nächster Nähe. Das Zimmer im 6. Stock schaut noch müder aus, mit dem in der Komode eingabeutem Radio usw. Selbst meine Oma hätte es als altmodisch bezeichnet. Am 2. Abend musste ich wieder umziehen. Im Zimmer im 5.Stock steht über dem WC ein Regal mit den Toilettensachen (Seife, Shampoo etc). Eine falsche Bewegung und die Duschhaube fällt ins WC rein. Muss ich die Hand da reinstecken??? Sicher nicht. Das Ding schwimmt auch nicht weg. Pech für das Ding. Gibt es übrigens keinen Wasserdruck in der Dusche? Kann jemand mal die 2 Glühbirnen neben dem Bett austauschen? Beide gehen nicht. und man versinkt im Bett, die Matrazze ist zu weich. Der Empfang ist besetzt - oder doch nicht. Sache ist, niemand kommt zum Desk. Man muss zum Restaurant gehen um nach dem Empfangspersonal zu fragen und der kellner verzieht das Gesicht und macht sich auf die Suche nach dem Empfangspersonal - jedes einzelne Mal. Zum Frühstück: 1er- oder 2er-Tische? Nein. Es ist wie bei den Pfadfindern. Die Tische sind für 6 oder 8 Leute. Alleine kann man nicht frühstücken. Zur Frühstücksauswahl: Alles (Brot, Käse, Schinken) schaut nach Diskontsupermarkt aus. Die Lage: Das schönste an der Lage ist der Kreisverkehr vorm Hotel. Der Rest von der Gegend ist echt unschön. Nur die nähe zur Kölner Messe ist was wert. In unmittelbarer Nähe vom Hotel findet man ausser Kebab- und Pizzabuden kein richtiges Angebot. Für den Zimmerpreis hätte ich mir viel mehr erwartet. Ich habe über €120 Euro pro Nacht bezahlt, ohne Frühstück, versteht sich. Ist das wirklich ein 4**** Hotel? Ich selber würde ihm keine 4**** vergeben. Weiterempfehlen? NEIN. Würde ich wieder kommen auch wenn es gratis wäre? Auch nicht. Glaubt mir, ich bin kein Problemkerl, aber in diesem Hotel hat einfach fast nichts geklappt. Positiv: Das Personal war trotz allem nett. WLAN hat gut funktioniert.

vriendelijk personeel die ook mee hielp toen de wifi niet werkte dit goed opgelost, restaurant zou een betere en simpele kaart mogen hebben vooral als je ook met kinderen komt.goed ontbijt
