The hotel is in a lovely location with only a few minutes walk to the Metro and shopping centre with additional restaurants. Lovely walk along the waterfront. A clean comfortable hotel with friendly staff. The restaurant offered a good choice of breakfast and dinner. Perfect for my business stay.

On the first night the toilet broke, we asked reception if they could fix it before we went out for dinner. On arriving back at the hotel, the toilet wasn't fixed and the night staff first said there weren't any rooms, then tried to charge us to move rooms to then eventually agree to let us move rooms - quite poor customer service. Otherwise the hotel was clean and tidy, the rooms were in good condition and it's in a great location near the meat packing district.

Im convinced there is no where better to stay. Americans: No screens on doors and windows and the A/C is different- sleep with the door open and its very normal, relaxing and there are NO bugs.

Great but slightly disappointing

Hotel was in a beautiful location, we specially booked harbour view however wasn’t much of a view as we faced a massive office building. 5 mins to train station and metro so perfect for exploring. Room was nice but could be refreshed a bit more, the pillows were poor and woke up with sore necks. However, we didn’t ask for more or different pillows so that was on us. Breakfast was poor, bacon was just bacon bits and there was a lack of options in general compared to images we had seen, most was unseasoned too so fairly bland. For £570 for 4 nights we could have saved money and gone somewhere similar or paid a little more for a lot better quality. It’s great if you are just using it for somewhere to sleep,

It's very convenient for the mall. However, breakfast is not as good as other hotels in CPH in the same bracket, and I'm always disappointed when I have to climb into a bath to take a shower. Fantastic views of the water.
