Cheap but basic

Very basic hotel. Admittedly it was cheap, but the services available to guests are minimal. We arrived early and wanted to leave our bags, but this attracted a charge. Never known this in any hotel before. Then we wanted to use the toilet before going into the city, but the toilet is card controlled and only for guests who have rooms ready. So we were unable to use the toilet.

The notice was put on the door everyday to let know to clean rhe room, it was not cleaned once in the 4 days I was there, the reception staff are very unfriendly! And very unhelpful!

The room was small, but clean and comfy. The only thing we didn't like was that the bathroom walls were glass. I like to get up early and it would've been nice to be able to turn on the bathroom light while my daughter slept. But otherwise it was great!

The hotel is conveniently positioned close to all walkable attractions in the area . We managed to put close to 30km on foot in 3 -4 days but it was all worth it. It would be nice if the room was a bit bigger so you can easily access your bed from both sides. Anyway it was ok . The breakfast was fantastic as far as location, 10th floor with beautiful view of the city as well as the food choices . Coffee machines make an amazing latte. Lots of nice pastries, cheeses and cold cuts as well as amazing bread. Plenty of tables and even in busy times you will find the place to sit and enjoy your morning Java. Outside terrace was also available and the temperature was good enough to enjoy the fresh air while having your breakfast. Highly recommend this hotel . Will be back.

Economy at a cost…

Odd room layout. One bed length wide. Crawl over the rather mushy mattress to reach the window/drapes. Not convenient but the window barely opens anyway. No phone, no mini fridge…clean but cramped. I was pleased to only be staying for one night. Breakfast was good ( and featured a speedy coffee machine that made individual cups of great coffee!) and SCENIC as the room was located on an upper floor. The glass walls offered up some good city views.

The room is more like a closet than an actual room .. so small! Bathroom too .. can’t even move around. Have to climb into/across the bed just to look out the window?? No kettle or coffee or fridge. And the cost is not cheap either so I just don’t get it. Would not stay there again.

Room is clean but very small. Staff is nice. Check-in time is at 15:00 and you have to pay to check in early even for 1 hour. They charge for luggage storage also. The large storage space is good for two carry on. It looks small for the large luggage. There is no curtesy items any more.

Underwhelming

Very basic and underwhelming. Service by staff was way below the level than I’ve experienced at other hotels in Copenhagen. The bed and pillows are terrible.
