This was our first stay at Akana but hopefully it won’t be our last. The hotel was excellent and certainly lived up to the wonderful reviews it has received. The room was large and very comfortable and well laid out. The bathroom was great with a large shower and plenty of hot water. The balcony of our room (#307) was nice for relaxing in the afternoon sun. The pool was very good and never too crowded - we always managed to find sun lounges when we were there. Breakfast was provided with our room and we always found something appealing and tasty on the menu. And finally the staff - everyone without exception was happy and smiling and making sure that our stay was a memorable one. AND IT WAS. Thank you everyone at Akana.

Loved this place and all the hanging plants and birds flitting around. Beautiful room, comfy bed and a very warm welcome from the staff who all remember the guests names. The pool is small but refreshing and it’s got free deckchairs on the beach too. Breakfast is excellent - choice of any drink, any item off breakfast menu PLUS full buffet too.

Complimentary breakfast was amazing with plenty of options. Great location to a large variety of restaurants, close walk to the beachside, handy to convenient shops, money changer and transport. Not for families with small children. It’s a small intimate hotel with a beautiful pool area that creates a quiet space.

Fantastic Stay

We stayed here for 9 nights and loved this hotel. It's a relatively small, well-run hotel, in a great location in Sanur. Everything is within walking distance. The hotel beach area is great and the pool area was great for cooling off. Breakfast had plenty of a la carte options plus a small buffet. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was spacious with everyhing we needed. My only comment would be that the pillows are very big and firm, it would be good to have another softer option for those that prefer it. Overall, great value for money.

Quiet location, away from the crowds. Only 36 rooms. Pool isn't big, but a nice area to chill. Big, comfortable rooms. Staff are certainly an asset. Front desk were very helpful. Good breakfast options and tasty meals at restaurant.

Nice little gem in a quieter area.

One night stay before I moved on but the hotel is lovely. The rooms are spacious, very comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.
