Overall is was a nice hotel, we had the spa in the balcony. The hotel is little older and you can see it in the furniture and flooring. The toilet was so small you had to go with the door open. Pool was lovely

Our favourite staff member was the cheerful and welcoming Lintang. Giving everyone a high five...remembering names...even a hug. He is worth his weight in gold for tourists. Kojek was also very helpful when our boat transfer was delayed. Our room was great but the breakfast buffet was a highlight. Your hotel was the perfect spot to arrive to in Bali and introduce my friends to the possibilities. Our chairs on the beach were not close by but your staff there was also friendly and helpful. Water stations to fill our water bottles was appreciated. I would highly recommend your hotel to others

We have stayed in this resort multiple times in the last couple of years. The room was not as described and the cleanliness was less than reasonable. The breakfast was inconsistent, staff were generally pleasant however a large number were ambivalent to their responsibilities and did not reflect an understanding of their roles. There were multiple things that have led to us making the decision to look elsewhere from now on. The overall lack of customer care and service is the main reason. I have taken many photos that show what I am talking about.
