On Expedia, the room option I selected had two beds PLUS a pull out sofa and free breakfast. When we checked into our room, there were only two beds and no pull out sofa. When I called the front desk, I was informed none of their rooms had sofas. Additionally, the next morning we went to get breakfast and found out you had to PAY for breakfast, there was no free breakfast. Very disappointed in this experience. I’m not sure if Expedia got the listing wrong or the hotel is doing something backhanded. Either way, I’m not happy

It was a nice stay. Location is ideal. Exterior of hotel needs work. Disappointed in no EV charging stations nearby.. Probably stay at another hotel next time..

I booked a king room and was put in a double bed room with no explanation. When I mentioned it to the front desk, I was told there was no king room available? You could hear people walking above the room and in the hall and hear people talking through the walls. Traffic was loud, and there’s a train nearby evidently. Needless to say we didn’t sleep well. Old and dingy feel and smell. Would not stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay so much. Every one was so nice and a very clean hotel. The breakfast buffet was satisfying and the convenience in and out mattered a lot. I loved being able to.walk to Starbucks early in the morning.
