This second floor unit has a light beach cottage theme with a spectacular Gulf view from a private balcony. You will find cottage style white furniture with glass tops, cozy neutral furnishings, and access to the balcony in the living area. The kitchen has been beautifully upgraded with black granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and the full complement of housewares. The master bedroom features nice white cottage furnishings and designer sea life bedding. The hall bunks are built in and feature a top safety rail and cozy neutral bedding, perfect for the kids! There is one full bathroom with a shower/ tub combo as well as a Jack and Jill half bathroom. Enjoy the convenience of a stackable washer and dryer also. When not on the beach, you can listen to your favorite music on the CD sound system for premium relaxation.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Nice place

We had a couple minor issues with cleanliness which were resolved quickly and a lamp that had been broken by previous residents. Fairly quick response from management. Great location with private beach which is managed well. The Wifi did not work well at all, often times wouldn't connect and when was connected, was not good signal. It would be nice if you could check in earlier than 4pm for those of us traveling from long distances and have a later checkout than 10 am. Overall, great location with great support from management. We've been several times before and will likely return.

Great View

This unit/condo is as described. Beachfront with fantastic view from balcony & living room. Plenty of room for 2 travelers and all their stuff. There were 2 beach chairs & 1 umbrella available on beach first come first serve. Wasn't real crowded so that worked well. Condo on second floor with steps and/or elevator. Basic kitchen supplies. Very nice area. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location, right on the beach

It was nice for us to be able to gather our things and walk right on the beach within a minute. This property is attached to the walkway to the beach, so it was perfect. I just wish a crib was available for our 1 year old, but we worked it out! Great family vacation.

Smoke + Mildew = splitting headaches

Upon arrival was met with an overwhelming stench of mildew and cigarette smoke. Just walking through the unit, myself and my girlfriend started experiencing sharp headaches. Went to property manager and described the issue. They said they would have the cleaning crew to spray the room. Waited on the balcony for about 20 mins (which was quaint and did not smell of smoke or mildew). Realizing that there is no way the cleaning crew would get this stench out during our 2 night stay. We decided to just leave the property and went home after being on the propertyfor 30 mins. Vacation ruined. Called the customer service representative for Vacasa (who owns the property) and was met with a representative that stated they were going to pass the issue to a supervisor and that they would call back soon. Still have not recieved that call after 44 hours. Sent a follow up email that night describing tge issue and my experience and still have not recieved a reply. Called again the following day and finally was able to speak with a supervisor. She said she would coordinate with the property manager. It is over 24 hours since that call and still haven't hears back. Just want my money back

Nice place, too much of a 'hotel' feel for us

This property was clean upon arrival and well stocked with plenty of towels for our family. The location was perfect, right on the beach with easy access. The check in process was easy, althoughi suppose we have been spoiled with previous VRBOs letting us in a little earlier than check in if the space was clean/ready. The code was not activated until right at 4 (we have a long drive and ended up getting to the condo 20 minutes early). Check out time was 10 and the code was deactivated 5 minutes early. We also didn't care for the check out time being communicated via email and text, yet some person with vacasa still hand to bang on the door 40 minutes prior to remind us. Also just fyi, there is also nothing in the way of cooking staples, i.e. salt, pepper, cooking spray,etc. Just little things so overall it was still a nice stay for us

Awesome location, slightly disappointed in furnishings

We loved the convenient location for the beach. The floor arrangement of the condo was great. The property itself is a bit disappointing for the price. You know how folks say a pool feels like bath water sometimes? The pool at Crystal Sands was uncomfortably hot even for a bath. The main gate to the beach didn’t work. One of the rinse off showers at the steps to the beach was not working so often a line would form as folks waited to rinse off. It probably explains why the pool had so much sand on the floor. The appliances and kitchen were outdated and broken. There’s an electric can opener and a manual can opener. Neither work. The blender is rusted and the blades jiggle around in the bottom which means it leaks—a lot. The DVD players are hooked up wrong and so a lot of the movie is cut off on the tv. Think you can correct the aspect ratio? You only have the cable box remote so you can forget that. The air conditioner vents are rusty and there’s some mold growing above the shower/tub. Yet I still give this place three stars because you cannot beat the location, the convenience and the view.
