The room/suite was well designed, spacious, clean, and comfortable. The buffet had plenty of protein as well as carbs. No fruit, however, except for dried cranberries. Lovely large area to eat. Staff friendly and competent. I like the every other day housekeeping. Super location close to public beach access.

The room we were given was not clean. There was food all over the floor and no clean towels. We were told to stand outside the room with all our things and two very tired toddlers while someone "cleaned" the room. When we finally got back in, pulled back the covers on the bed and the sheets had black hairs all over. At this point we were given another room. But we were not too happy about this entire check-in experience.

We asked for an early check in and they were unable to accommodate that. Front desk on this day weren't very friendly and the beds need serious updating. They were extremely uncomfortable.
