The floor was dirty upon arrival. My son gound a PILL on the floor underneath under the bed skirt. Very unhappy about that, my 5 year old or my dogs couls have eaten it. Overall over but the cleanliness needs some work.

Older motel right on US-101. Boats were tied up in berths right across the highway. It was close to restaurants. We could hear sea lions from the balcony. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

While we understood options were limited given the town and last minute booking, the room was filthy and the “remodel” a new picture over the bed. Bathroom floor, walls and moulding visibly dirty and the bedspread had not been laundered (saw other people’s long hairs). We left at 4:30am because it was too gross to stay.
