Great property! Of all the hotels we stayed in Italy, this hit all the check boxes. 5 minute walk from the train station, right next to plenty of shopping and dining options and walking distance to everything we wanted to see. Modern conveniences, wonderful shower, comfortable bed and kind staff. They also had an iron I was able to borrow which was very much appreciated. Definitely recommend!

The hotel is very well located: 10 minutes from SMN Stazione; directly across the street from San Lorenzo and Capella di Medici, and very near to the Duomo. It's an old building, with rooms renovated in modern design (beautiful bathrooms!), with two elevators serving two sides. My room (400) was literally a garrett with windows overlooking rooftops on both sides - lovely! But, it required a series of steps to get to elevator and again to the room. It was worth it! Lovely breakfast (but neither staff nor confirmation had mentioned that it was included.)

We cannot fault the hotel. Everything was perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We only stayed for one night but we wish we'd stayed many more! Perfect location, welcoming and friendly staff. Delicious breakfast. If I could give it 6 stars, I would.

Our family trip to Florence was made even more special by our stay at [Hotel Name]. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome and at home. The location is unbeatable—just a 7-minute walk from the train station, 3 minutes to the Duomo, and right next to the Mercato Centrale, Conad City and Trattoria Zà Zà. It made exploring the city incredibly easy, especially with kids and varying interests. Everything we wanted to see (and eat!) was within walking distance. We stayed in a suite, which was spacious, beautifully designed, and very clean. It gave our family plenty of room to relax after long days of sightseeing. The bed was especially comfortable, which made all the difference for a good night's sleep. The breakfast was fantastic —fresh pastries, fruit, espresso, and warm service that set a lovely tone for the day.

Great hotel only 1 issue

Hotel is nice and at a great location. The staff is extremely friendly. Rooms were clean and nice. The only issue we had while it is in a great location our window faced the Medici Capelle, there is a lot of movement and you can hear sounds all night. Especially from the merchants that sell leather goods around the corner. Had difficulty to sleep.

Room was very small & did not look as it appeared in photos on Expedia. The bathroom was not cleaned, nor were the towels changed. There was mold on the sink. The bed looked like a 5 year old made it. The extra blanket was throw over it, not folded. There was TONS of construction in the room across from ours; when I called to asked how long it would be going on for or if we could change rooms, we were told there weren’t anymore rooms and they would be working until 5pm (we arrived by 10am from a transatlantic flight). After some alarm was going off, I went downstairs to the desk because no one would answer the phone. The receptionist said she didn’t know and brought me to another room. Apparently it was the hotel owner, who was extremely rude. I would NEVER stay here or recommend someone to !
