Kelly's Creekside tarjoaa parhaat Fredericksburgin vuoristovuokrausmahdollisuudet. All our needs were met very well. The coffee was the best, the bed was very comfortable. I think the shower amenities should be upgraded. The couch pillows look like a dog chewed them.

First I need to start off saying I did not buy the insurance, so take the rest of this with that in mind.We were super excited to stay here and celebrate 23 years of marriage. We were booked 22Jan through 24th Jan. On the 21st I grew very concerned about the "ice apocalypse" that was set to hit Texas on the 23rd. All forecasts said more and more likely. I let the manager of this site no. "The roads are clear right now" is the response I got. Of course they are it hasn't hit yet. 21st I contact again to ask if there were any options as the weather service sent out a warning about the now impressing storm and the strong urging to stay off roads. "The roads are clear" I am in North Texas and 6 hr drive under reasonable conditions. I repeated my concerns and they told me I could rebook within 2 weeks on a week day. I am a full time anesthesia provider and told them I can't just take any day off I want. They told me they could not accommodate me. No other offers to do anything for me. I get that they don't actually have to work with me, but there was very little effort or care on their part. The wine tour I booked on the other hand I did not have any insurance and they gave me the option of keeping my deposit and I wouldn't pay the rest or rebook any time in 2026.Had this place at least put some effort into helping me I wouldn't be writing this review at all. Their don't care attitude toward me when I felt unsafe to drive is why they get a 1 star

Some light switches didn’t work and lights were burnt out. The front door got stuck and only stayed shut with the deadbolt which was inconvenient when going outside to use the hot tub or to something like that. Besides those little things, we very much enjoyed our stay

This was the perfect place. We were close to all shops and dining! We attended local wedding and was able to enjoy the house as well as local flare. Hot tub was a great perk. Quiet neighborhood.

Clean room. Could have used more towels, but we were able to get more. We were a little surprised to see that there were steps going down to the cottage. They could have been more informative on that since my spouse has trouble with steps. Other than that it was a nice stay.

Definitely was not warned about the treacherous steps of doom leading down to the property. We are abeled bodied adults so we were fine but it should be in the description so others are warned if they are unable to do the steps. Also there is a tenant above you that like to deep clean and do laundry early in the morning and you can hear it all. The rooms were nice and clean and they even had a nice tea selection that I enjoyed in the mornings. The best thing about the whole property was the AMAZING jacuzzi with a wonderful view! It rained during our stay but the jacuzzi is covered so I just relaxed in the jacuzzi and watched the rain fall. So in summary, down sides were the steps and the upstairs tenant. Up sides- THE JACUZZI, clean rooms, a nice bathroom with wonderful water pressure in the shower! It’s nice having a sitting area separate from the bedroom! I would go back.

Wonderful location! Cozy and quaint. Loved watching the deer by the stream in the back of the property.Was able to use the driveway ramp on the other side of the house as the steps are steep going down to the house. Would love to stay here again.One of the best properties in Fredericksburg!

Just the right size. Bed was very comfortable. Temperature of unit was great. Responsiveness when we needed assistance was expedient, resolved the issue, and Elaine was so pleasant. Great bed linens and towels. Great location so close to downtown. Would be helpful to have a freezer. Perhaps make the stairs down to unit less steep. Have housekeeping wipe down handrails to remove sap so it is not messy hanging onto the handrail. Level the patio stones and remove the tree stumps. This would make ambulation for those of us in our 60's easier. Would stay here again.

1st visit to Fredricksburg

Very cozy and comfortable with a nice outside seating area that had a relaxing view of a tree lined creek. Convenient location, we were able to walk to many restaurants, the Main street shopping area and other attractions such as the Pioneer museum and the Pacific war museum. We will definitely stay at this property on our next visit.

Quiet and Peaceful

The scenery was beautiful and it was very relaxing to sit out on the porch swing and watch the deer.I had to contact the lady who ran the property when we first arrived a couple of times and she was extremely friendly and helpful!The inside of the room was very comfortable and decorated very nicely. The bed was comfortable and the rooms were very nice and well equipped..It was in walking distance to many places we went to eat and very close to HEB grocery store, which was very nice.The only thing that was difficult for me were the stairs going down from the area we were given to park, but the next day we realized that you could go down the driveway on the right side by the big house and not have to deal with the steep steps.The room was extremely clean, but we didn’t enjoy the hit tub because it was dirty and the temperature was not adequate for being a hot tub, so we only stayed in it for a couple of minutes one time during our three day stay. That was the only thing disappointing about our stay. That is the reason for my 4 rating.
The deer ran freely. It was awesome to watch

Cute & quiet get-away!

Such a cute, well appointed, very clean & functional living space! And we loved sitting on the swing in back and watching the deer come and go along with the sunset by the creek! Within walking distance of lots of fun shopping, eating & touring places, but much more quiet than along Main Street. We would definitely recommend staying here!
