People were blaring music until all hours and the do nothing person up front well, did nothing. GM is an obvious scam artist operating the place as his own little fiefdom, doesn't know the rules and just appears to action a whim.

Pool was filthy, lots of homeless around screaming and yelling all hours of the night. Asking for money, active drug use on the sidewalks. Room was semi clean, air conditioner barely worked took over 3 hours to get room decent to be in.

Do NOT recommend under any circumstances. Laundry list of negatives: -Room was non-smoking and had a smokey and moldy smell -Door had prior person's hair on it -People going in and out of property constantly -Trash all over -Bed sheet had cigarette burn hole in it -Homeless knocking on doors late at night -Loud music could hear through walls -Police at property at 3:30AM -Probably lots of shady activity going on -Very uncomfortable feeling entire time on property Pay a little extra, get something decent, not here though.

I booked a non smoking room and got a room than stinked of cigarettes. I asked for another room. It was a little better but the smell of cigarettes still lingers. I would not recommend this place for children or people who cannot stand the smell of cigarettes.

I think people live in this property longer term. People were loitering in the parking lot, lot of homeless people around. Door looked like it had been kicked in and not well repaired. The slide lock was loose from the door. I stayed the first of 5 nights cuz i got in late, but checked out early because I didnt feel safe. I was staying there by myself as a woman. And as I was leaving there was a fight in the parking lot and the guy got stabbed in the face. Not a great area. The property refunded my money no problems or questions. Im pretty easy going and laid back but this was a lot. The staff was nice but the motel is just cursed with being in a bad area.

Ghetto but ok.

Area is ghetto but had good nights of sleep. Shower curtain bar is broken so water all over the floor. Bath tub seems to be painted to make it look new. (Careful it’s very slippery in there.) mouse traps behind fridge. (Didn’t want to look in the trap in case there was a mouse in there.)

Absolutely Horrible!

Dirty! Burn holes in dirty bed cover holes in the curtains, Used syringe on top of bathroom door frame. Sheets dirty Pillow stuffing coming out of pillow. Cops everywhere. 3 men and one girl having sex in the pool area. My BF had a prostitute adking him for drugs for sex. Could go on.
