Not Baymont's fault but much road construction in progress and even getting to the property for the first time was confusing. I suggest that Orbitz and/or Baymont send a message to guests w/ reservations warning them of what to expect and directions to the hotel.

Well, the construction around the area made it difficult to access, but you have no control over that. My main comment is that the bed is too high for short people like me. This happens a lot nowadays. Everyone loves the thicker mattress, but maybe a shorter box spring. Really, the bed was nearly waist high and difficult to get in and out of. Maybe a stepstool? Otherwise things were great.

Stayed at this property on my way to Charlotte,NC and on my way home. It was a good halfway point. Lots of nearby restaurants. Hopefully one day they will change from carpet to luxury vinyl plank.

Would stay again

Went to a ladies conference in the area and stayed overnight at the Baymont. My room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the towels nice and fluffy. The bed was really comfortable and I slept well, which is unusual for me, as I don't normally sleep well on my first night of travel. Would definitely stay again. Breakfast the next morning was also tasty and the staff friendly and courteous.

I've never seen mold growing out of the headboard or in the pictures. Please don't try to say it was me. These type of things don't just appear. It's ok though you have received your payment and I just hope you all get this place to standards. I just want you to know I was not hear for a report. I was only hear for an emergency stay.
