"Henkilökunta todella ystävällinen, paitsi ulos kirjautumisessa, kun kysyin voisinko pitää huoneen 2 tuntia pitenpään, kun olin menossa hautajaisiin, niin miespuolinen virkailija oli todella epäystävällinen ja sanoi, että
Hotelli täynnä. Olisin maksanut 2 tunnista extraa, mutta hän jatkoi epäystävällisesti vaan, että hotelli täynnä. (Hotellissa kyllä oli vapaita huoneita). Kysyin myös missä voisin vaihtaa vaatteita, niin hän sanoi, etttei ole mitään paikkaa. Nämä asiat voi todella sanoa ystävällisesti. Muu henkilökunta oli todella ystävällistä, mutta tämä mies ei ollut oikea henkillö palvelemaan asiakkaita."
