We spent 7 nights here. The staff were excellent and location very central.We requested assorted bed and they were happy to accommodate our request with a mattress topper.breakfasts were good about normal for a resort. Nice out look over the beach with some very friendly Squirrels

Check in was a nightmare. I had no baht because international flight and transfer and late. Front desk treated me like a criminal despite paying up front and having over 800 credit score. Demanded 1000 baht and refused to let me check in or take my cresit card. Refused to hold my luggage so i could run and get baht. Finally mgr came and agrred to hold my luggage for a little while. TERRIBLE INITIAL CUSTOMER SERVICE WHEN MOST IMPORTANT!

We loved our stay so much that we ended up extending our stay. The rooms are surrounded by lush greenery on a beautiful beach. The restaurant is excellent and very well priced, not sure if I can eat a Thai green curry back in London after I had it here. The location is very convenient for shopping, night market, clubs for the younger crowd. There is an excellent gym walking distance. I had the best massages here, I called her my body doctor for my ruined back from computers. The one thing I would have liked was if there was some yoga or fitness class onsite maybe once a day but as I mentioned there is a good gym nearby. If I come back to samui I will definitely stay here. Great resort at a good price point.
