The property is a convenient walk to many areas on the main strip and the night market, but in its own quiet corner. I liked the privacy. Two pool complexes that were great for sun worshippers. Ao Nang beach is just ok, but long tail to Railay and Phra Nang is easy, cheap and convenient.

We absolutely LOVE this hotel 💖

Second time staying at this hotel, we came back because it was so good the first time. The room was immaculate, we were lucky to have a bottle of champagne and flowers on our arrival following our recent engagement, our family arranged this but we thought it was a lovely gesture of the hotel to offer. The staff are incredibly friendly and so quick to assist, they are always happy too. Happy staff = happy guests. There’s two pools, location is great. Out the way of the noise from the town but a 5-10 minute walk away if you wanted to go there. Nothing is too much trouble at this hotel and if we return to Krabi we will definitely stay here again. 10/10 from us!

Great location for peace after a long day

Great location south of the main drag which gives you peace at nice but super easy to walk to everything going on. Staff were super friendly and both pools comfortable water temperatures.

Bad maintenance

Bluesotel Krabi was quite a disappointment. The main issue with this hotel is the lack of maintenance. Our room had several damages, and I didn’t like its layout, especially the bathroom. The sink was blocked, the water pressure was too low, and the door was poorly designed—it bounced when closing and even hit me a few times. Breakfast was another letdown, with very little variety and bad coffee. On the positive side, the pools were great, especially the rooftop one, and the bar cocktails were enjoyable. They also have a happy hour twice a day, which was a nice touch. The staff was very kind and helpful, which slightly improved the overall experience. Unfortunately, given the maintenance issues, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Our room had a plunge pool outside, great for cooling off in after the heat of the day. Room was spacious and beds very comfortable. Nice and quiet, good shower and plenty of bottled water supplied daily. The roof top pool was great and cocktails delicious

Lovely shame about reception

All areas were really good, as you would expect. The breakfast team were amazing, as were the Spa ladies. The receptionists however seemed to get less helpful as the days went on. I even found them rude when I checked out. Shame they let everyone else down and left me disappointed enough to write this review.
