I'm so happy we chose Four Points by Sheraton. It was very convenient to take the MRT or light rail. There were many places to eat within a few steps from the hotel. We will definitely return!

Perfect stay.

Check in excellent. We were able to have room as soon as we arrived. Room perfect. Sockets by vanity mirror. Hooks in bathroom for used towels etc. Bed and pillows were the most comfortable ever. Pool clean and plenty of towels available. Bar had the best views of the city and Petronas towers. Staff lovely.

From the very moment we arrived, it was clear, the customer service at all venues was amazing. From check-in to the bar staff, all were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The location is fantastic, walking to distance to Central Market and restaurants, a perfect location to explore the city.
