Such a wonderful staff! This hotel is beautiful but it wouldn’t be as amazing without such wonderful people working there. Such a great experience- they all deserve a raise :)

This hotel specifically advertised Smart TV and it did not have a Smart TV or any option to stream or cast. The TV wasn’t even connnected to the internet. Front desk staff were completely unhelpful. The carpet was disgusting and stained. The towels were old and dingy. The room smelled. Expedia refused to help us get a partial refund after the hotel refused to do anything about these issues.
