This was our first stay at the Caesar Hotel. The location is fantastic and very quiet. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. There is an elevator which is a must with suitcases. Very comfortable bed and good food including breakfast. The standard room is VERY small, we had to somehow stow the suitcases under the bed. And the blow dryer has such a short cord that you need to bend down to use it. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay and would come again on our next trip to London.

What a great find! This was a wonderful stay - the staff was very welcoming and attentive, the room was a good size and very comfortable with good amenities provided. The location was awesome - quiet, convenient to transport, and very close to Kensington Gardens/Hyde Park for wonderful walks. The price was very fair for the stay. Thank you!

Poor experience for us.

Nice staff and nice decor. Otherwise, one of our worst experiences at a hotel in a long while. Our A/C was not working and it was hot. They had no other rooms to move us to for the two days we were there. They knew about the problem before we arrived but did not make us aware of it. So they gave us a fan and told us to open the window (4 inches only). Shower head was faulty and difficult to shower. Took over an hour to get an iron since they were "all in use." For the premium price we paid, it was a very poor experience. They did refund 20%, but honestly that was a bit unrealistic for the experience we were given. We could have cancelled and gone to a different hotel, but that would have taken an hour or two to relocate by taxi somewhere and we would have missed our first evening's plans. Again, its a nice place and the staff was friendly, but not a good experience for my wife and I on our 30th anniversary trip.

Great hotel, close to everywhere you need to be in central London. We unfortunately were in one of the unrenovated rooms, so it was very small, and there were no outlets near the beds, but the hotel itself was fabulous. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was very helpful and kind. Would definitely stay again, hopefully after the renovations are completed.
