Loved having 2 bedrooms and a kitchen. The room was clean but the bathroom could have used a deep cleaning. The hallways were a little dark and dingy looking. Overall my stay was fine and much better than having to book 2 rooms for 4 people.

Love the location. Rooms are old but so is beautiful hotel. Good service from maintenance when safe needed repair. It would’ve been nice if Front staff would’ve been able to be more helpful in directing us to tours.

Room size and facilities were great - kitchenette a real bonus. Location could not be better. The hotel offered a quiet space in a busy part of London. Easy access to Charing Cross and Embankment stations. Will certainly use it again.

Stayed here with my family. My 12 year old went to get to bed and there was blood on the sheets. Staff changed them but didn't seem bothered. The coffee there made me terribly sick, no ventilation in any of the bathrooms always hot and humid. Must open the windows. At night very noisy due to bars.

Location is great for first time visitors. Staff is very nice and helpful. Room itself is not great, not super clean, beds are a tad uncomfortable and you can find much nicer hotels for less money in South Kensington area but overall okay.

The family room was exactly as pictured on the website, practical with a very quirky toilet but overall very good. The area was the best part because you could walk to many sights and very easy to take the underground. We walked to trafalgar, soho, covent garden, China town and over the bridge to the London eye, Big Ben and Churchill War Rooms and st James park. The location was superb! We would definitely stay again!
