Excellent service throughout the 9 nights stay. Great location to see the major attractions. Room had thoughtful design for charging your devices. The bed comfortable and larger than expected. Tesco Express within 2 minutes walk. Embankment station within 2 minutes walk. The staff was efficient and unobtrusive.

Although the location is great, the door to our room was defective & our air conditioning barely cooled the room. The staff offered little support to these issues. There was also some confusion on the room size, which did not match up well with the photos. This was my second stay here & I’m not sure I would pick this one next time.

Loved having 2 bedrooms and a kitchen. The room was clean but the bathroom could have used a deep cleaning. The hallways were a little dark and dingy looking. Overall my stay was fine and much better than having to book 2 rooms for 4 people.

Love the location. Rooms are old but so is beautiful hotel. Good service from maintenance when safe needed repair. It would’ve been nice if Front staff would’ve been able to be more helpful in directing us to tours.

Room size and facilities were great - kitchenette a real bonus. Location could not be better. The hotel offered a quiet space in a busy part of London. Easy access to Charing Cross and Embankment stations. Will certainly use it again.

Stayed here with my family. My 12 year old went to get to bed and there was blood on the sheets. Staff changed them but didn't seem bothered. The coffee there made me terribly sick, no ventilation in any of the bathrooms always hot and humid. Must open the windows. At night very noisy due to bars.
