Room not great for getting ready. No mirror in front of table, no plugs near mirrors for women to do hair etc. Lovely hotel, spa and pool great. Using app to check and get room key meant no queing or waiting at reception. Just walk straight to room

Our room was comfortable and clean. The Tube station is so close that it is quick to get anywhere you want/need to travel to while in London. There were several restaurants in the area to choose from for meals.

The service and accommodations at this hotel were truly excellent. It is one of the best experiences I have had abroad (I am from the U.S.). I had several extraordinary requests, including making copies and checking in early (I was traveling with two young and very tired grandchildren) and all were addressed helpfully and cheerfully. The concierge was very helpful with our luggage and arranging ground transportation. The breakfast was outstanding and the room was spotless and comfortable. A wonderful experience in every way.
