Loud! Easter weekend so lots of families with small children running around. Had a family across the hall in room 602 let there door slam at 25 times two mornings, not an exaggeration! Room above me, # 701 probably was very loud as well!

The room was big and very clean. Bed was very comfortable. We were provided with clean towels daily. Room was cleaned upon request. This hotel is easily accessible from train and close to lots of tourist attractions. Didn't care much for restaurant food. Overpriced and underwhelming. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great location and a nice hotel

Great location and a nice hotel. The room was lovely, the reception staff were lovely. Breakfast was a bit manic. The selection of food was great, but very busy and only one coffee machine working, caused big queues for coffee. Had a nice swim on our own in the morning, but the pool could have been a bit warmer and just look a bit tired.

Food left outside rooms for days at a time. Housekeeping scam - take the £10, they won’t clean your room then lie about you putting the do not disturb on. A few other reviews reflect similar.

The architecture was cool but the service was very poor. I met other guests and they said the same. I was addressed by some staff with a lot of disrespect and it felt like I was too black to deserve the service I paid for. At some point I went back to my room and cried before realizing I was worth better than that. One of the issues : The key card would randomly stop working (the physical as well as the digital)
