We had researched many hotel options for our trip and decided on the Montague on the Gardens because of its great location and also because of its historic charm. We had also read that the staff provided excellent guest services- this last point was the best part. The hotel is well staffed and filled with super friendly, attentive and helpful staff who consistently provided great service - thank you again!

Probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at! I read that the staff was amazing and wow, they lived up to it! We were there for a girl’s weekend celebrating our daughter’s 9th birthdays. The staff was so attentive and made everyone feel special. After exploring London, we all agreed the location was perfect. It was quiet, yet close to all the action. When in London, this will be our go to hotel. On another not, we did the hotel’s high tea, and it was perfect:) Now back in the states, we can’t stop talking about the amazing hotel we stayed at. We are so grateful for the amazing experience!

The perfect property that lives up to the ratings. The staff is exceptional with every engagement. Open and helpful to a degree that is a lost art. So many suggestions for our trip that were well timed. From check in to Concierge service to guided tour, excellent bar with bar staff, perfect English Breakfast , perfect High Tea, transport arrangements. A posh environment with a relaxed but thoroughly professional staff. Love love loved it! Thank you to all we were helped by during our stay.

Classic meets comfort!

The hotel was the perfect combination of classic meets comfort. Th staff was the kindest we’ve experienced. Amie and Chis made the 3 meals we had there so enjoyable. The food was amazing. The drinks were top notch. This was our favorite hotel of the 4 we stayed in on this 10 day trip. We have already discussed coming back.

The staff was unique in their consistently excellent service. Everyone at the property was extremely attentive and accommodating. The room was very quiet and the linens luxurious. It was an exceptional hotel experience. The morning breakfast was great with fresh baked croissants. Afternoon tea was lovely.

The Montague on the Gardens would not agree to refund my first nights stay when my flight was cancelled from the USA due to Heathrow Airport (London) was closed due to the fire on March 21st. We were originally scheduled to arrive on March 22nd but did not arrive until March 23rd. This was something that I had no control over.

Good Old Fashion Hotel

Very good old fashion hotel, with excellent staff that truely knows the meaning of hospitality. Loved the Leopard Bar with live music nightly. Great location, walking distance to shopping and great restaurants. Comfy bed and high quality sheets. Only negative, is the decor is somewhat out-dated.

Easy access from Heathrow via the Tube. Many museums, historic sites, restaurants are within a short walk. Staff are friendly, accomodating and focused on the needs of the guest. It is our regular hotel when we are in London.
